These custom visuals do not collect, store, transmit, or use any data about the visualizations, the underlying datasets, the users, or the Power BI report editors. No personal or organizational data is collected, transmitted, or stored by r42 communication through these visuals.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Power BI custom visuals written and deployed by r42 communication. By accessing or using these visualizations or connectors, you agree to become bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use these visualizations. If we decide to change this policy, we will post those changes to this site. Please read this policy carefully.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms, “you” applies to both individuals and entities that access or use these custom visuals. If you are an individual using our Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to the Agreement and that by using our Service(s), you are accepting the Agreement on behalf of that entity. 

Custom visuals

Power BI custom visuals provide a way to create custom visualizations to augment the visualizations capability of Power BI reports. These custom visuals are provided free of charge, unless otherwise stated (in-app purchases may apply) and are not endorsed or controlled by Microsoft, nor are they part of services offered by Microsoft or r42 communication.

Disclaimer

These visualizations are provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. They may not work with all data sources. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software. Use of these visuals is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These custom visuals were created by r42 communication in Montreal, Quebec. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec in connection with the interpretation or application of these terms.

Changes to Terms

r42 communication may modify, alter, or otherwise update these terms from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “last modified” date. Your continued use of the visuals constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

User Submission

r42 communication does not accept or consider unsolicited ideas. If you nevertheless submit ideas, feedback, comment, information, suggestions, ideas or materials to us, we will treat them as non-confidential.

By providing such ideas to us, you agree that we shall have, at no charge, a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to copy, use, make derivative works of, display, and distribute any copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to, or based upon, those ideas. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any ideas you provide and that you, not r42 communication, have full responsibility for their legality and copyright.
