EULA

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of Power BI custom visuals created and distributed by r42 communication. By downloading or using the custom visual, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

Definitions

Throughout this EULA, “you” applies to both individuals and entities that access or use these custom visuals. If you are using the visual on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this EULA.

License Grant

r42 communication grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install and use the custom visual solely within your Power BI reports. You may not sublicense, distribute, or sell the visual.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the custom visual except as explicitly allowed by this EULA.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Redistribute, sell, or lease the custom visual to any third party.

Custom Visuals

Power BI custom visuals provide a way to create custom visualizations to augment the visualization capabilities of Power BI reports. These visuals are provided free of charge, unless otherwise stated (in-app purchases may apply), and are not endorsed or controlled by Microsoft.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the custom visual, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights, remain with r42 communication.

Disclaimer / Warranty

These visualizations are provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. They may not work with all data sources. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from or in connection with the software or its use. Use of these visuals is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These custom visuals were created by r42 communication in Montreal, Quebec. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the custom visual.

Changes to EULA

r42 communication may update or modify this EULA from time to time. The most current version will be available at https://r42.ca/eula. Your continued use of the custom visual constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Feedback

Any suggestions, feedback, or requests submitted via our support link may be used at r42 communication’s discretion. Submission of feedback does not create any obligation for r42 communication and does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the submitter.
